Gallagher loses his helmet, smacks his head on the ice and gets bloodied up badly

No surprise here, but the gritty forward didn't miss a shift.

Late in the third period of what looks like a sure win for the Tampa Bay Lightning and... surprise, surprise, Montreal Canadiens forward Brendan Gallagher is in the middle of some nasty business.

Gallagher ended up in a bit of a scrum when his helmet got knocked off by Tampa defenseman Mikhail Sergachev and after the two tussled a bit Sergachev fell onto Gallagher, driving his face into the ice.

Gallagher would get bloodied up pretty badly, but would pop right back up afterward.

Gallagher didn't miss a shift. That's hockey tough.
