He didn't hold back.
Last week, when Josh Ho-Sang, first round draft pick of the Islanders in 2014, missed practice, he had to run the stairs for 3 hours, and was sent back to the OHL afterwards.
GM Garth Snow did not hold back, when he addressed the medias:
"Enough with the bull----,It's time to grow up."
The Niagara Ice-dogs GM and Head Coach, Marty Williamson said that Ho-Sang was embarrassed and devastated by his shameful return to the OHL. Williamson believes that Ho-Sang track record did not give him much margin of error with the Islanders and that his on-ice abilities were never in questions.
Josh Ho-sang was skating with Isles' captain, John Tavares and Anders Lee before getting dismissed by the organization.
Little more info on the Ho-Sang situation: No one would comment on the record, but sounds as if this was not his first mistake w/ #Isles.

Ho-Sang had to be woken up Friday morning at the hotel by team staff while his teammates were already on the ice.

And before Ho-Sang was dismissed, had to run the stairs at the Coliseum for three hours as punishment. #Isles
