Can't beat this!

Defending champions the Vegas Golden Knights are poised to defend their title in the upcoming 2023-24 season. It could be a tough challenge for them as they grapple with limited cap space flexibility, a lack of depth and youth on the roster.
However, they have found a way to keep reminding rival teams that they are the ones to beat as they set up a new weapon right on center ice to toy with their opponents.
The Golden Knights will have a new 2023-24 center circle design and it shows the inside of the Stanley Cup proudly in the middle of the rink.
“Can’t beat that reference.”
The Golden Knights are also kicking off the hockey season with all-new banners at T-Mobile Arena. They provided a look into the Fortress on Thursday:
Only one banner was missing from the collection, the one for the Stanley Cup. It will be unveiled when the Golden Knights take on the Kraken on October 10.
And the reminder for all teams out there will stick on the ice for the entire season…
