On Tuesday, almost a week after the NHL has decided to pause the 2019-20 season due to the coronavirus outbreak, the Philadelphia Flyers’ mascot Gritty decided it was time to share an update on his well-being and how he has been dealing with social distancing.
Of course, the mascot made it as funny as he could - in these circumstances - and later shared a video of him celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. Or as he called it Leprequarantine.
You have to admit this is a great time to get creative and have fun at home while fighting this virus.
We are sure Gritty will have more in store in the coming days, especially since we have no clue when the 2019-20 season will get unpaused and players will return to action.
Be like Gritty.
