Everyone knows that there is no love lost between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadiens, and there must be something about putting one of those jerseys on because that extends all the way down to the two teams' respective prospects.

On Sunday afternoon, the Leafs and Habs had a rookie showdown that saw the young guns from both organizations going head to head on the ice and it wasn't long before the hatred boiled over between the two squads.

We saw numerous fights throughout the contest including two in the span of under 5 minutes, including an unexpected showdown between Braeden Kressler and Mark Estapa. Both men are undrafted prospects with Estapa being the older of the two at 23 years of age and Kressler 22 years old, but that is where the similarities end. Kressler is the smallest man on today's Maple Leafs rookie roster at just 5'9 174lbs while Estapa is much larger at 6'2 197lbs, but Kressler hung in there despite giving up a considerable size advantage.

The second of the two fights in quick succession was more evenly matched with Landon Sim and Andrew MacNiel going head to head. MacNiel comes in at 6'2 170lbs and as a result is the taller man, but Sim is the heavier of the 2 at 5'11 185lbs.
