Habs place Trudeau on waivers

This just in, the Montreal Canadiens have placed defenseman William Trudeau on waivers.

As you might expect, with a player named 'Trudeau' on waivers, the reaction from social media has delivered some quality LOLs.

Former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is of course a divisive figure these days and he's become fodder for ridicule in recent weeks due to his new relationship with pop star Katy Perry.
