
Hartman and Greig go back and forth in grudge match from last season.
Revenge is on the menu today in the National Hockey League.
The Ottawa Senators and Minnesota Wild have clashed in an early game on Saturday and the Senators were clearly out for revenge in this one after a highly controversial incident stemming from last season.
For those of you who don't know what I am referencing, back in February of this year Wild forward Ryan Hartman was suspended 10 games over a highly controversial incident in which he slammed the head of Senators star forward Tim Stutzle hard into the ice. You can see a replay of that incident just below:
The Senators were looking for Hartman all night and during the closing moments of the second period, Senators forward Ridly Greig would find him. The two men would drop their gloves and square off before putting on one hell of a show for the fans in attendance. Both men were swinging for the fences in this one, with both men knocking themselves off balance by throwing wild punches at their opponent at different points during the exchange.
