The Blackhawks are a classy organization, we all know that. If one team understand its history, it's the Chicago crew.
Tonight, they took the time to honor Ed Belfour in an amazing way. Normally, teams unroll carpets on the ice, the player goes down the path, gets some applause and goes back to the stands.
For Belfour, they went another way.
Yep, they let Belfour dress again in the Hawks jersey and let him skate during the warmup. He even stood on the ice during the anthem!
