Hockey Players admit head coach physically ABUSED them and told them to KILL themselves

Rick Seeley was the head coach of Quinnipiac University’s women’s hockey team (NCAA) from 2008 until 2015. He was fired in April 2015 after allegations came out that he had berated a player and grabbed her by the chin strap. Of course he denied as reported by deadspin.

New players added their voices to condemn Quinnipiac’s former head coach as they mentioned being physically abused and he would have told to kill themselves.

This information is taken from players’ exit survey that has been public. In those surveys, you can read shocking statements like:

Babs also related an incident where Seeley physically grabbed her. She had made a mistake in a game, so she said that he pushed her, she had to jump over the bench, and he physically intimidated her up two stairs then told her to go to the locker room for the rest of the game.

One player says he chewed her out for smiling after a fan event, and several others allege that he once screamed the n-word in the locker room when trying to get them to turn some music off.

He would, according to deadspin.com told some players to kill themselves. Theses revelation adds up to similar one reported by Quinnipiac University Channel 30 where player reported terrible story:

I remember one time, I lifted my leg when a slap shot was coming at me,” she said. “And I got to the bench and he grabbed me by the jersey, and just, how he probably did the same thing to this other girl [in the NCAA Tournament], and said, ‘If you do that one more time, I’m going to f—ing cut your legs off.’

I just have never been, ever, ever treated like that in my whole life,” she said.” I’ve never been that scared.”
