Imminent trade between the Flyers and Sabres?
He is a player Ron Hextall would like to land.

For several weeks, Philadelphia Flyers general manager Ron Hextall preferred for things to remain the same. He went on about wanting to keep his coach Dave Hakstol behind the bench of a struggling team, and only made some changes by calling up players from the farm club.
Now, Hextall is finally said to be on the phone working to find his team some help, as the Flyers currently sit in 24th place of the League's standings with a 10-11-7 record.
According to Shawn Simpson of TSN, there could be a move between the Flyers and the Buffalo Sabres as goaltender Robin Lehner could be in Hextall's target.
The netminder is on a one-year deal, and has registered a 6-12-2 record on the season with a 2.93 goals-against average and .906 save percentage.
Hextall is said to be seriously looking at the market, as even his best player Wayne Simmonds is said to be shopped.
This is a move we will have to keep an eye on as the Flyers, along with the Pittsburgh Penguins and Edmonton Oilers, are on the lookout for help in between the pipes.
