The Detroit Red Wings take on the Los Angeles Kings Tuesday night (7:30pm ET) and will do so without the services of two of their players.

Trevor Daley has been listed as day-to-day with an upper-body injury since November 25th and while he skated this morning, he is not in good enough condition to play tomorrow night.

Martin Frk, for his part, has been out since November 15th with a groin injury, and while there is improvement in his case, he will also need a bit more time before returning to game action.

With 6 goals and 9 points in 18 games this season, fans and the team alike will hope for Frk to be back in the lineup sooner rather than later as the Red Wings cling to the final playoff spot in the Atlantic division - the Boston Bruins trail by a single point with two games in hand.
