According to a report from TSN 1040 broadcast Jeff Paterson, the Vancouver Canucks could have defenseman Chris Tanev back in the lineup earlier than anticipated.

Obviously Tanev didn’t play last night against the St. Louis Blues, but don’t be surprised if he makes it into the lineup Tuesday night against the Philadelphia Flyers.

In 15 games so far this season, the 27-year-old Tanev has two goals and five points in 15 games.
