Jack Hughes receives a standing ovation in Pittsburgh tonight

In case you missed it last night, New Jersey Devils forward and Team USA's Golden Boy made a speech prior to his team's game against the Buffalo Sabres, thanking fans for all the support that he and Team USA have received in the past four days.

Hughes locked arms with Sabres forward Tage Thompson, his Team USA teammate, and then went on to deliver a classy and emotional speech to a raucous response.

You can hear in his voice just how sincere he is and how touched he is by all the support he is receiving from hockey fans all over the United States.

Tonight, with the Devils in Pittsburgh to take on the Penguins, Hughes was acknowledged by the Penguins' in-house announcers and received a standing ovation from the good people of Pittsburgh.
