Jerome Iginla denied a goal, was it interference or acting?

There was a very controversial call in Denver tonight, one that I'm not entirely sure the officials got right.

During a match up between the Colorado Avalanche and Montreal Canadiens, long-time NHL veteran Jerome Iginla appeared to score what would have been a game tying goal in the later stages of the second period.

However much to Iginla's dismay the goal was not only dissallowed, but Igninla was also called for a penalty on the play, a penalty that he very clearly disputed with the on ice officials. When the replay finally came onto the big screens in the arena, the crowd and Iginla were both furious with the call.

Was it interference? Or was it a great acting performance from Ben Scrivens? In the end the Avalanche took home the win.
