Jets make a last minute change in warmups before Game 7.
The Winnipeg Jets have made a last minute adjustment to their lineup with their season on the line.
With their season on the line, the Winnipeg Jets are making a last minute adjustment ahead of Game 7 against the St. Louis Blues on Sunday night.
According to a report from NHL insider Elliotte Friedman, the Jets will be inserting 28 year old defenseman Hayden Fleury into the lineup with Jets defenseman Logan Stanley not on the ice for warm ups.
Fleury has been out of the lineup since he made his lone appearance in the series in Game 4, a game in which he saw very limited play. Fleury was on the ice for just 12 minutes and 58 seconds in that game, although it is fair to point out that it was his first game in nearly two weeks time at that point.
Fleury appeared in 39 games for the Jets during the regular season, scoring no goals and recording 7 assists while also collecting 6 penalty minutes and a plus minus rating of -12 over those 39 games.
Here is how the Jets lineup is projected to look based on warmups:
Connor-Namestnikov-Villardi
Ehlers-Lowry-Perfetti
Niederreiter-Barron-Appleton
Tanev-Toninato-Iafallo
Morrissey-Demelo
Samberg-Pionk
Fleury-Schenn
