Jets' young star to miss some time again due to injury.

Winnipeg Jets' head coach Paul Maurice told reporters that the team will miss one of their young star forward because of a lower-body injury.

Mark Scheifele will likely miss the next 5 to 7 days according to Maurice. His lower-body injury made him miss Sunday's game against the Buffalo Sabres.

The young player passed some medical tests on Monday after the team's morning skate and did not like the result.

The 22 year-old scored 12 goals and added 11 assists in 37 games this season.
