In case you missed it last night. What a moment.

Boston Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery is the 2023 Jack Adams Award winner as the NHL's top coach for the 2022-23 season.
There's no denying the fact that Montgomery and the Bruins had an incredible season, a record breaking season that will go down in history.
In his acceptance speech, Montgomery delivered an emotional message. He shared his struggles with alcoholism and gave thanks to those in his life who have helped in recovery. More than that though, he encouraged anyone out there struggling with the bottle to reach out for help.
Frankly, it was a beautiful moment.
