The Vancouver Canucks take on the Nashville Predators in Game 6 of their opening round series tomorrow evening, but you wouldn't know from the atmosphere at practice today.
You'd think that the Canucks would be a little apprehensive or tentative on the ice today considering that they lost a chance to close out the Predators in Game 5, but that wasn't the case at Bridestone Arena this morning.
Check out Canucks forward JT Miller rocking goaltender Arturs Silovs' dress shirt on the ice this morning:
The word on Canucks social media is that Silovs rolled up to the rink wearing that shirt and Miller was so disgusted by it that he simply HAD to don it for practice, just to get a rise out of the boys.
Honestly... I love this.
Leave it to a savvy vet like Miller to know how and when to cut the tension. If the Canucks look loose and ready to bring their best game tomorrow in Game 6, you'll know who to credit.
