He's not having his best night.
Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Justin Holl is having a rough time this season, to put it lightly.
He’s been routinely caught out of position and beaten by opponents, and earned a subtle call out from head coach Sheldon Keefe in the form of a backhanded compliment. But things haven’t improved for him since then, and he’s now really starting to hear it from his home fan base.
The crowd at Scotiabank Arena has been letting Holl have it tonight, noticeably booing him:
Holl then completely lost the puck In the offense zone, leading to more of the same from the crowd:
He’s certainly feeling the pressure right now, especially playing in the hockey Mecca of Toronto.
