On the day that he's named to Team Canada's Olympic reserve roster!
In case you missed it earlier today, Team Canada announced their roster for the upcoming Olympic Games in Beijing, China and it features several former NHLers and a few up and coming prospects.

It's also worth noting that team is bringing half a dozen "reserve players", as well should they have a COVID-19 outbreak on the roster.
Interestingly enough one of those reserve players, former Team Canada World Juniors superstar Justin Pogge, made headlines today for another reason after going absolutely ballistic in a German DEL game.
