Kadri shows he's in beast mode right now

Toronto Maple Leafs centerman Nazem Kadri experienced a breakout campaign during the 2016-17 season putting up 32 goals and 61 points. Both totals represent career highs for the 26 year-old but if his latest Instagram post is any indication, he’s not content to rest on his laurels.

Nicely done, Naz. No pain, no gain. After years of inconsistency and reported immaturity issues, it’s nice to see Kadri putting in the offseason work required of a professional athlete. And while a TRUE pro would have performed the jump from a standstill, we’ll cut Kadri some slack this time. Maybe we’ll check back on his Insta sometime in August?
