Kings acquire rights to new goalie after Jonathan Quick’s controversial trade!

The Los Angeles Kings stunned everyone on Tuesday night when they traded to the Columbus Blue as part of a deal for defenseman Vladislav Gavrikov and goaltender Joonas Korpisalo.

They needed to look at what’s next in between the pipes in LA and on Wednesday, acquired the rights to goaltender Erik Portillo from the Buffalo Sabres in return for a third-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft.
