Kraken release awful Pride Night jerseys to ridicule from their fanbase
Uh... is it Pride Night or Hawaiian Luau Night?

The Seattle Kraken announced via their website that Saturday, April 9th will officially be the first Pride Night at Climate Pledge Arena and the special jerseys for that evening are creating a bit of a buzz... and not in a good way.
Check out these ridiculous Hawaiian inspired (?) warmup jerseys:
Uh... maybe I'm out to lunch here as a middle-aged straight male but... what do tropical flowers have to do with LGBTQ culture? Is this a Hawaiian Luau party or a Pride Party? I'm confused...
For comparison's sake, here's the sweet rainbow colored Pride-inspired jerseys the Vancouver Canucks will be wearing for their Pride Night:
Now THOSE are sweet! The rainbow motif is a well known symbol of the LGBTQ community and by using it on an otherwise blank slate (white jersey), it really pops and stands out.
The Kraken jersey on the other hand is... well... it's just a flower with some pink lettering. Who came up with this idea? Someone whose knowledge of gay culture is rooted in the 1970s? Come on guys... do better.
