A bad hit to the head.

The Bruins may not have their notorious goon, Zac Rinaldo, in the line up as a result of his suspension in two different leagues, but on Tuesday night John-Michael Liles did his best to fill his shoes.

Liles delivered an inexcusable hit to one of Tampa Bay's top forwards, Nikita Kucherov, as he attempted to skate the puck past the Bruins blue line. We've included the audio from the Bruins broadcast because of how hilariously biased the broadcasting crew is.

Despite their claims that "there was nothing malicious there," the reality of the situation was a stiff forearm to the head of Kucherov that quite understandbly left him rocked on the ice, and eventually forced him back to the Lightning locker room to undergo concussion protocol.

We've also included an additional close up angle below the video with the Bruins audio.
