In his defence, this call was an absolute joke!
The Toronto Maple Leafs and Dallas Stars are putting on a show for fans at Scotiabank Arena in downtown Toronto tonight, but the Leafs faithful have every right to be upset after the home team got absolutely robbed on a brutal Coach's Challenge call.
With the Leafs ahead midway through the third period, Stars forward and Toronto native Tyler Seguin appeared to tie the game on the doorstep. Or did he? Officials immediately called the goal off for goaltender interference, claiming that Seguin pushed Leafs forward Mitch Marner into goaltender Ilya Samsonov which prevented Samsonov from making a fair save.
No goal then, right?
Wrong.
The Stars challenged the play and, if you can believe it, had the no-goal call reversed upon review.

As you can imagine, the Leafs and their fans weren't happy with the call. But perhaps no one summed it up better than GM Kyle Dubas who was caught by cameras in the owner's box.
