New Pittsburgh Penguins president of hockey operations Kyle Dubas has been active so far in his first offseason on the job, electing to not only re-sign goaltender Tristan Jarry to a controversial new contract but also to bring in a handful of new players.

And now, there is yet another new face in town. According to reports, the Penguins have signed forward Vinnie Hinostroza to a one year contract. The AAV is a reported $1.05 million.

Hinostroza was selected in the 6th round of the 2012 NHL Draft by the Chicago Blackhawks, and has also played for the Arizona Coyotes, Florida Panthers, and Buffalo Sabres. Last season he was limited to 26 games with Buffalo, scoring twice with nine assists.

In 360 career games, he's scored 53 goals with 95 assists.
