Since the NHL has been left out by Jimmy Kimmel and his athletes reading mean tweets segments, they have taken it upon themselves to recreate samples of the highly popular skit.

The LA Kings were some of the latest NHLers to read some mean tweets from fans. Twitter gives people the freedom to pretty much say whatever they want without much risk. Some people go too far and can be pretty mean. By the reactions of some of the Kings players, this is definitely the case.

I think its safe to say these people would not say the same things if the players were right in front of them.
