A few new faces in the fold.

The Toronto Maple Leafs were dealt a potentially devastating blow during last night's game, as top defenseman Morgan Rielly was felled after a collision with New York Islanders forward Kyle Palmieri. He left the game and didn't return, and now the extent of his injury is known.
According to the team, he's suffered either a Grade 1 or 2 MCL Sprain, and he's been placed on Long Term Injured Reserve. Needless to say, it was the last thing that the Leafs needed, considering that they're already without the services of blue liners Jake Muzzin and TJ Brodie. And thanks to Rielly's injury, they've necessitated some call ups from the American Hockey League.
Earlier this afternoon, the Leafs announced that they've brought up defensemen Mac Hollowell and Victor Mete from the Toronto Marlies:
The Leafs are next in action tomorrow at Prudential Center in Newark against the red hot New Jersey Devils.
