He missed last game with a lingering injury.
The Toronto Maple Leafs were able tot take care of business last night at Scotiabank Arena, taking down the Nashville Predators by a 2-1 final score. However, they were without the services of superstar forward Auston Matthews, who missed the game due to a lingering injury that he'd been dealing with.
Tonight against the Atlantic Division rival Detroit Red Wings, Matthews has officially been listed as a game time decision, while defenseman T.J. Brodie remains out. Meanwhile, the Red Wings will be considerably healthier than the last time the Leafs played in the Motor City in November, as both Tyler Bertuzzi and Robby Fabbri have returned to action.
