The Toronto Maple Leafs locked up a key member of their core today... and I'm not even talking about their on ice personnel.
No, the team signed in-arena announcer Mike Ross to a one year contract extension for the 2023-24 season. This will be Ross' 8th season as the team's PA announcer.

Ross has been the team's announcer since 2016 and has been there for all the big moments at Scotiabank Arena the past seven seasons. Here's hoping he gets to announce a Stanley Cup championship this season!
