This guy has been an absolute disaster for the Leafs.
According to a report from Toronto Maple Leafs insider Mark Masters, the team will be without defenseman Brandon Carlo for an indefinite period of time after he suffered a setback in his recovery.
Carlo has left the team and returned to Toronto for further testing.
I've gotta say... the the Leafs' addition of Carlo has been an absolute disaster so far. Leafs GM Brad Treliving acquired Carlo ahead of last season's trade deadline for top prospect Fraser Minten, a 1st round pick and a 4th round pick. He has played in 18 games for the team so far this season, putting up just two points. Yikes...
Put him together with Treliving's other deadline acquisition Scott Laughton and he put up two top prospects, two 1st round picks and a 4th round pick for... well... not much.
