The Toronto Maple Leafs are coming into the weekend off the heels of some bad injury news with goaltender Anthony Stolarz out due to a lower body injury, but things quickly turned around for the Leafs on the injury front with some positive news on Saturday morning.

Stolarz will travel with the team which indicates that the injury isn't too serious and the Maple Leafs will also see an additional change to their lineup on Saturday with the return of injured forward Bobby McMann to the lineup.

According to a report from Luke Fox, McMann will suit up for the Maple Leafs against the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday night for Hockey Night in Canada, although Fox's report also confirmed that Stolarz is expected to miss both games this weekend with the goaltender also ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Sabres.

McMann has missed significant time due to his injury with the forward last playing all the way back on November 27th in a game against the Florida Panthers.

It will be goaltender Joseph Woll who gets the start against the Red Wings on Saturday night, to the surprise of no one, but it remains to be seen who will get the start on Sunday. The Maple Leafs have called up veteran backup goaltender Dennis Hildeby from the American Hockey League's Toronto Marlies on an emergency basis following the news of Stolarz's injury, so it remains to be seen if Hildeby will get a start or if the Leafs will turn to Woll for back to back games.

Hildeby has already appeared in 2 games for the Maple Leafs this season and hasn't exactly been fantastic with a 4.03 goals against average and a .869 save percentage over his 2 appearances.
