Leafs take a jab at Mark Scheifele after last night's win

In case you missed it last night, the Toronto Maple Leafs handed the Winnipeg Jets their first loss of the season.

But... maybe we shouldn't be surprised? Despite the fact that the Jets have been the hottest team in the NHL to start the season, the Leafs are their Kryptonite.

After all, the Leafs have absolutely dominated the Jets in recent seasons, going 6-0 against them since 2021.

In fact, as fans pointed out last night, the Leafs started their win streak against the Jets following this proclamation from Jets forward Mark Scheifele in 2021:

So... how'd the Leafs respond following the victory?

Well, they took aim at Scheifele using his own "anything better" language.
