Goaltender Joseph Woll has officially re-joined the Toronto Maple Leafs today, hitting the ice with the team for the first time since training camp.

Woll, of course, has been on a leave of absence since training camp for personal reasons. The team has been cryptic about his potential return, but today Leafs GM Brad Treliving confirmed that Woll won't be back until "well after" November 1st.

"I won't get into any of the issues with his leave, I'm going to leave that to Joe... when he's comfortable to take that step," Treliving said to the media. "He skated some when he was on his leave, so the plan is really to just watch and adjust on a daily basis. So we're just going to take it day to day... he's missed camp, but he has been on the ice the last couple weeks. It's probably not unreasonable to expect... him going to take some conditioning games with the Marlies."

So while Woll is officially back to the team, it doesn't look like he'll be in the lineup anytime soon.

"He's eligible... in terms of LTIR... he's eligible November 1st, but he won't be ready. So again, we'll see."

Treliving did tell reporters that he had a date in mind for Woll's return, but he wouldn't share that information.
