Legwand scores from the opposite end of the ice on Friday night!

Well this is embarrassing.

This may go down as the ugliest goal of the 2015-2016 National Hockey League season, although I must admit it's awfully fun to watch. Buffalo Sabres forward David Legwand scored arguably the flukiest goal of his career when he fired a lob from his own zone in what was likely just meant to be a clearing attempt.

Legwand did manage to clear it, and it also ended up in the back of the Blue Jackets, I'm not even sure Legwand watched it go in, he was already turning to head back to the bench.

It's a great moment for Legwand, but on the other hand Jackets goaltender Joonas Korpisalo might have a hard time shaking this one off.
