Boston Bruins captain Brad Marchand is FIRED UP!

And why wouldn't he be? The feisty forward has potted his 900th career NHL point thanks to an assist on David Pastrnak's game opening goal this evening against the Arizona Coyotes.

Marchand channeled that energy into a bit of a dust up with Coyotes captain Clayton Keller, a bout that spilled over into the penalty box.

Check out the exchange between the two captains from the sin bin:

He's fired up!

And if that weren't enough feistiness for ya, check out Coyotes tough guy Liam O'Brien warning Marchand that he'll be comin' for him.

Game on, boys! Let's go!

Read below for our previous report on the Bruins' lineup, published earlier this evening.

The Boston Bruins are back at it tonight, looking to rebound from their disappointing loss to the Colorado Avalanche via the shootout at Ball Arena when they take on the Arizona Coyotes at Mullett Arena.

This will be Boston's second trip to the small college venue that holds less than 5,000 spectators, which is currently the home of the Coyotes after they were forced to leave Gila River Arena prior to last season. This also marks the second time that the Bruins have faced the Coyotes this season, following a 5-3 triumph at TD Garden last month.

And ahead of tonight's game, the Bruins have made a last minute lineup switch. Coming back into the fray is veteran forward James van Riemsdyk, who had been dealing with a lower body injury and was considered day to day. He'll be taking the place of Oskar Steen.

The news was first reported by Fluto Shinzawa of The Athletic:

van Riemsdyk, who is playing in his first year with the Bruins after agreeing to a free-agent contract after his deal with the Philadelphia Flyers expired over the summer, has appeared in 35 games and scored seven goals with 18 assists.

Tonght's anticipated line combinations are as follows:

Forwards

Pavel Zacha-Morgan Geekie-David Pastrnak

Brad Marchand-Charlie Coyle-Jake DeBrusk

Trent Frederic-Matthew Poitras-Danton Heinen

John Beecher-Jesper Boqvist-James van Riemsdyk

Defensemen

Matt Grzelcyk-Charlie McAvoy

Hampus Lindholm-Brandon Carlo/Mason Lohrei

Parker Wotherspoon-Kevin Shattenkirk

Goalies

Linus Ullmark

Jeremy Swayman
