Logan Paul and KSI have teased a major announcement during a visit to the city of Toronto on Saturday.

The Toronto Maple Leafs may soon be linked to YouTube stars Logan Paul and KSI.

The two social media sensations made a public appearance in Toronto over the weekend and it was during that appearance that Logan Paul confirmed that he has signed a new sponsorship deal with a member of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Paul has announced many such deals in recent months in an effort to promote his new energy drink brand, Prime, and the new deal is believed to be a sponsorship of this nature as well.

Paul did not disclose the name of the player involved stating that he wasn't allowed to do so just yet, but after a number of fans shouted names out from the crowd he confirmed that he had heard the correct name. The loudest such name from the crowd was one fan yelling out "Auston" which is also the moment at which Paul responded that he had heard the name.

While there is no confirmation that it will in fact be Matthews, he is of course the highest profile player on the Maple Leafs roster and is among the highest profile players in the entire National Hockey League. Targeting a player of Matthews' magnitude would make the most sense for a sponsor looking to heavily promote their brand, but we will have to await official confirmation to know for sure.

Who do you think it will be?
