Luke Gazdic warns the NHL.

Luke Gazdic, enforcer for the Edmonton oilers, has sent a message to the NHL this morning.

After an informal skating session, where Connor McDavid skated, Gazdic made an interesting declaration regarding the young phenom.

"I want to make him feel as conformable as possible. I just want to make sure, that when he is on the ice (McDavid), that he never has to worry about (being intimidated). They aren't too many guys that will take a run at him, if they do, there will be a price to pay for that."

That being said, it is nice of Gazdic to say things like that, because you know that players will try to go after McDavid. Maybe it won't be vicious, but he will face adversity.McDavid has shown in the past that he could take care of himself, but the fact that he does not have to worry about is a weight of his shoulder.
