Major personal announcement from Alex DeBrincat

Not only did Alex DeBrincat represent the Detroit Red Wings in this past weekend's NHL All-Star festivities at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, but he and his wife Lyndsey have shared some major personal news. 

The DeBrincat family welcomed their second child into the world today, a son named Maverick! He's the couple's second son after Archie, who is now a big brother! 

It's been a whirlwind year for DeBrincat, who was traded to his hometown Red Wings during the offseason and also played a major role in bringing his former Chicago Blackhawks line mate Patrick Kane to the team as well!

Congratulations to the DeBrincats on their latest blessing! And talk about a great hockey name - maybe we can see him follow in his dad's footsteps in the family profession!
