So every Red Wings fan knows just how good of a hockey player Henrik Zetterberg is, a Triple Gold Club member, meaning he's won in the NHL, the Wolrd Championships and the Olympics.
However there's another side of Zetterberg that many fans may be far less familiar with, the charitable side. Henrik and his wife Emma established the Zetterberg Foundation in 2013 in an effort to give back to the community in Detroit, and to help focus their charitable interests around the world including helping improve the quality of healthcare education and quality of lie for children.
For example they are currently working on the construction of Belta Telo Middle School in the Ethiopian village of Kemba. Belta Telo will allow 700 students to receive a Middle School education, students who will be able to participate in Middle School after receiving their Primary School education at the Chige Primary School which has already been constructed by the Zetterberg Foundation.
You can see Henrik's wife speaking about their work in Ethiopia here:

That's not all, the Zetterberg Foundation has worked extensively in Detroiot to help children and the homeless improve their quality of life. The SAY Detroit Family Medical Clinic recently released a video thanking Henrik and his wife Emma for their hard work and dedication to helping the people of Detroit:
