Maple Leafs and Canucks fans brawl outside of Saturday night's game.

An embarrassing display following the game.

There are some fans who just take it too far, and unfortunately on Saturday night we were treated to an example of that following the conclusion of a game between the Vancouver Canucks and the Toronto Maple Leafs.

In spite of the fact that the latest installment of the rivalry had just been settled on the ice with the Canucks upsetting the playoff-bound Maple Leafs by a score of 4-1, some fans felt the need to continue the battle out on the streets after the game had already wrapped up.

The brawl was caught on video, likely by other fans who were also in attendance for the game, and although there may have been other factors that led to the fight itself it does seem as though the game between the Leafs and Canucks may have been the main one. During the recording of the video one man can be heard admonishing those fighting by telling them it's just a game.

"Guys it's a f***ing hockey game," a man can be heard yelling in the background.

This is simply embarrassing behavior and thankfully there were some cooler heads on scene who tried to calm the situation down. People can be heard telling the men involved in the fisticuffs to "settle down" and some apparent bystanders even join forces to separate two of the men fighting at one point.
