Maple Leafs announce key roster moves
The moves come after the bad news on Ryan O'Reilly.

The Toronto Maple Leafs announced earlier today that newly acquired forward Ryan O'Reilly will be missing at least the next 10 games after having been placed on Long Term Injured Reserve with a broken finger; he was hurt while blocking a shot with his left hand late in the second period of Toronto's 4-1 loss Saturday night at Vancouver.
And that wasn't all. The team also announced that team captain John Tavares will not be playing against the New Jersey Devils tomorrow night due to an undisclosed injury.
The Leafs have made the call to bring up reinforcements from the American Hockey League affiliate Toronto Marlies, bringing up forwards Pontus Holmberg and Alex Steeves.
Tomorrow's game will begin from Prudential Center starting at 7:00 PM EST. As you may remember, the last time the Leafs visited the venue, there was garbage and debris raining down from the fans in anger over three Devils goals being called back by the officials:
