It had to happen on Valentine's Day! The Toronto Maple Leafs faced the Golden Knights late in Vegas last night and right before the action started, we were witness to one of the most adorable moments of the season.

During warmups, Mitch Marner made this young and cute Maple Leafs fan's Valentine's Day wish come true, handing her a puck over the glass and taking a selfie with her so she can remember the special day for the rest of her life.

We all loved seeing the young fan's heart melt and we couldn't help but finding this one of the cutest things to take place of Valentine's Day.

Of course, Marner, who has a lovely girlfriend, felt the need to make a comment about the viral video and went on to apologize to her as he tagged her in an hilarious tweet on his account right after the Leafs' 6-3 win over the Golden Knights.

The father of the young fan, Mark Berrera, also took to Twitter to thank Marner for his kind gesture.

"Hey Marner. That's my kid. You made her life. Thanks so much for being such a great sport and total class act. You're the franchise and always an All Star. See you in Phoenix!!!!"

We are pretty sure Marner's girlfriend loved what her man did for the young fan and he won't really be in the doghouse for offering a present to another girl on Valentine's Day.
