Matt Murray reacts to deep playoff run, proves he's a trooper.

After having a career making impromptu playoff run last year following Marc-Andre Fleury's injuries, Matt Murray become the #1 goalie in Pittsburgh. It was a subject of debate during the year, but no one doubted his status coming in the Playoffs. However, with a twist of fate we could find in movies, Murray injured himself during the very first Playoffs game and Fleury took the lead. Since then, Murray came back and his ready for the Final as the starting goalie. 

All this story seems clean and tidy on paper, but it had an impact on Murray's mood and ambitions. He reacted to everything that happened to him in a short interview with Sportsnet today. 

What a trooper! He was ready to be the backup goalie for Fleury if needed and wouldn't have complained. He seems like a genuinely good guy who's always ready to give everything for the team. He deserves the highest praises.
