Matthews goes down hard after colliding with Habs rookie Suzuki

Midway through the second period of tonight’s preseason action between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadiens and Leafs superstar Auston Matthews appears to be in some discomfort. 

While cruising through the neutral zone Matthews NARROWLY avoided a direct knee on knee hit with Habs rookie Nick Suzuki. But, despite not smashing into Suzuki’s knee entirely, Matthews did seem shaken up by the play and limped himself off the ice.
