Wow... just wow.

Tonight's Game 4 between the Carolina Hurricanes and Boston Bruins is one for the ages. It's a game that has served up a bit of everything to hockey fans. Big goals? Check. Improbable comebacks? Check. Massive hits? BIG CHECK.

Check out this absolutely thunderous hit from Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy on Hurricanes forward Jordan Staal:

Ouch.

To cap it off, the Bruins just scored three goals in a four minute span to pull ahead 3-2. What a crazy, crazy game. And, if you're a Hurricanes fan it's an absolute heartbreaker of a game. The 'Canes looked to be in full control heading into the third period and, frankly, the Bruins looked terrible for more than 40 minutes of this game. But an error in judgement from Hurricanes goalie James Reimer cost his team a goal and... well the next thing you know the Hurricanes are down and out.

Here's the goal in question:

Since that goal the Hurricanes have absolutely IMPLODED and are now facing a 3-1 Bruins series lead when it looked like they had a series tie all sealed up. Ouch.

It gets worse though...

Double ouch... that hurts. Not as much as a two goal lead collapse in the third period... but it still hurts.
