He has done it again…  Mighty Duck’s star Shaun Weiss , who played beloved goalie Greg Goldberg in the show, has been charged with burglary and being under the influence of methamphetamine.

The former star actor was arrested on Sunday 26 January at around 7am, after cops were called out to a burglary in progress in Marysville in California . When they arrived at the scene the homeowner told cops there was a man inside his garage who ‘did not belong there’.

The Marysville Police’s statement reveals that once inside the garage the cops found Weiss inside the homeowner’s car, after he had ‘forced entry to gain access by shattering a window’.

The report also states that Weiss ‘displayed symptoms of being under the influence of methamphetamine’ and admitted that ‘the vehicle he was filtering through was not his’.

The 41-year-old has been arrested more than once in the last few years… Back in 2017, Weiss was jailed for 150 days for stealing electronics worth $151. He was released just 12 days later, due to overcrowding within the county jail and five days later was arrested again, this time for drugs charges. He was eventually sentenced to 90 days in jail for possession of suspected methamphetamine.

Back in August 2018, he was arrested in Oroville, northern California for public intoxication. After that incident, Weiss said he would be entering rehab, but clearly did not fulfill his wishes.

We bet he won’t be part of the Disney+ Series despite the fact that coach Bombay will be back. It was announced on Tuesday that Emilio Estevez has signed on to return to his iconic role.
