Seattle Kraken defenseman Brandon Montour has set a new NHL record for the fastest goal to begin overtime in history. The blueliner required just 4 seconds of 3 on 3 OT to score last night's game winner for the hometown Kraken.

Great awareness, great speed, great shot, great goal!
This is in stark contrast to a lot of 3 on 3 OT we see these days where teams take a bit of a slow, lumbering, puck possession strategy that reminds me more of a soccer match than a hockey game.
