HockeyFeed
The Vancouver Canucks held their first practice in China, Tuesday, and the images showed from the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Shanghai are quite the sight.
National Hockey League are surely not acquainted to see such poor conditions for players.
Inside the arena, which has not been built to host NHL games and sporting events, humidity became an issue and fog took over the entire surface of the ice. Unfortunately, this is what got the attention of hockey fans around the world, on the first day of new adventure in China. The arena has been built to host concerts.
Fortunately, things were resolved before the Los Angeles Kings got onto the ice themselves. Hoepfully, they will find a solution to make sure it won't happen again during the games later this week.
