Many National Hockey League fans think he should have gotten a worse punishment. Dallas Stars pest Antoine Roussel gets under anyone's skin on the ice, and he might have tried a little too hard at it on Saturday against the Edmonton Oilers.
During a players' scrum by the board, Roussel tired to hurt Oilers defender Oscar Klefbom by hitting him with his skate blade on his leg. It was the reason the big scrum started at the end of the first period and many players were punished.
Roussel was sent to the box for a two-minute minor penalty for roughing and a 10-minute misconduct. Many fans were outraged and wanted to see Roussel get a major penalty and a game-misconduct for his actions.
The Oilers even believe that the final score might have been different if the right call was made.
What do you think? Did Roussel get away with a dangerous move?
